Management and Recruiting Consultant
Adrian Gonzalez is the founder and senior consultant / recruiter of ESTEGO. He has worked with top international consulting companies in different business areas, including strategic management (Booz Allen & Hamilton in Washington, D.C.), branding strategy (Interbrand Mexico), and executive recruiting (CTPartners Mexico. Adrian is able to combine top level strategic consulting, with best of breed executive and team recruiting practices.
Telecommunications and Technology Experience
Adrian´s professional career includes holding executive management roles in Telecommunications and Technology in leading companies. At CFE Adrian was responsible for building and managing a recently created unit in charge of commercialization of telecommunications services over the second largest fiber network in Mexico.  The business is part of CFE, the state owned electric utility in Mexico. As Managing Director for Global Crossing Mexico and Vice President of carrier sales, Adrian was responsible for new business development and network operations in country. He also worked with AT&T México and served as Managing Director of, an Internet initiative designed to offer e-commerce and direct marketing services.
International Professional Experience
With Global Crossing, for a period of time he led the Carrier Sales initiatives in Central America and Venezuela. He worked in the International Telecommunications sector for Booz Allen & Hamilton. where he contributed to several global telecom projects, including the development of market strategies for Telecom Argentina, Korea Telecom, Lucent Technologies and other projects in twelve different countries around the world. Earlier in his career, he worked with Mercedes-Benz in Germany and Mexico.
Business Start Up Leader
Adrian has led several businesses in their initial deployment phase in Mexico, including CFE Telecom, Global Crossing, Yoyomedia, Interbrand and his own consulting and executive search firm (2011). He has vast experience in all processes related to starting up a new company, including legal, regulatory, labor, hiring, office selection, and vendor selection among others. Adrian has both developed new business plans, and provided feedback and improved existing ones. As business leader he has supervised all functions including sales, marketing, financial, administrative, product development, operations, legal and regulatory.
